The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ph jl does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 ph jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of identity, source of funds, or other documentation. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 ph jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review, and ph jl may be required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities without notifying the account holder.
4.5 Funds held in your ph jl account do not accrue interest. ph jl holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.
5.1 ph jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. ph jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to your account.
5.3 ph jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ph jl wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.
6.1 All games available on the ph jl platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded to your ph jl account.
6.3 ph jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of software errors.
6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ph jl platform:

This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph jl content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph jl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures or service interruptions.
9.2 ph jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ph jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
10.1 ph jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the ph jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
